14-Day Online Returns

If you purchase from our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without having to give a reason.

Once you notify us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.

Items must be returned in an unused and resaleable condition, with their original packaging where reasonably possible. Customers may handle goods only to the extent necessary to inspect them as they would in a shop.

Bedding & Hygiene Products

For hygiene reasons, sealed bedding and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned once the original hygiene seal or packaging has been opened or the product has been used, unless the item is faulty, defective or not as described.

Carpets & Rugs

Carpets and rugs may be returned for a change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged and free from stains, dirt, pet hair, smoke or other odours, and are in a resaleable condition.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, defective, not fit for purpose, or not as described, please contact us. Your legal rights may entitle you to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Where a refund is legally due, we will process it in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

For online cancellations, the cost of standard delivery will normally also be refunded. Additional costs for choosing an upgraded delivery service are not normally refundable.

Proof of Purchase

We may ask for your order number, receipt or other reasonable proof of purchase.
